God's Hand

Sometimes when you are sent on missions you get to where you are and ask why you are there. This week at times I found my self asking that, when we came in and found a church with a VBS program set and in place. Well today we found out why God had sent us here. It turns out the the church we are working with has a group they sent on a mission trip to Africa and that had left them short 15 workers for VBS and we have 15 on our team to feel the spots. At the time the trip our was set up we had no idea that this was a need for the church. It was great to see how God worked to that care of the needs in the kingdom.

In Macon

Well we got to Macon around 4 pm this afternoon. We spent the afternoon helping the church get ready for VBS or as they call it Vacation Bible Extreme. In that time we set up our rooms and helped the church get things ready, after we got done at the church we came to a church members house for a pool party.

Heading Out

Well it Sunday around 9:00am and I am heading to the church to leave for a mission trip to Macon with the 8th grade kids from Dawson. We are going to be spending the week there helping out with VBS at a church. Well I am almost at the church but I will post as the week goes on.
